Dungee Properties provides you newly remodeled,                     411 East Osborn Street
furnished and partially furnished apartments with the comforts of home in mind for your stay. 
 
"Bring a Roomate and share the rate!" 
   We would like to pride ourselves on providing a comfortable
housing for those visitors staying for more than a couple of days
while working in the Sparta and surrounding areas.  
    Some units are completely furnished with living room, dining
and bedroom furniture, basically you just bring your clothes and
a tooth brush. With a full size kitchen we provide you the
ability to cook at home on those occassions when you are tired
of eating out. The units are conviently located in the Sparta area. Close to Super Wal-Mart, restaurants, banking, entertainment, huge City lake with boat ramp, fishing, public pool, hospital and more. We are also approximately 5 miles from the World Shooting Complex and 10miles from the new site of the Prairie State Energy Campus. The neighborhood is quiet and the people are friendly, so come stay
with us!

About the Units
The units are newly renovated, one and two bedroom, furnished apartments that provide all the comforts of home for those who will be working or staying in the area for extended periods. They are located in a quiet area and have a fenced back yard with picnic tables and grills. We want you to stay in the comforts of your home.

All units include living-room, dining-room, and bedroom furniture. Our rates are extremely competitive to other rates in the area. Our rates are a "Big Bang" for the bucks! Call for rates.
